Perfect central location - close to huge variety of shops, restaurants, clubs, cafes and public transportation. Very friendly staff always willing to assist and comfortable, clean rooms.

As the hotel is located on busy Granville street, noise can be an issue at night.

Nice and trendy lobby, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms recently refurbished, as the gm told me. Ideal location for sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and night life - I definitely recommend it!

The hotel was absolutely awesome!!! My husband and i loved being so close to everything honestly. The rooms were great, the staff was incredible. There are not many places you can find nowadays with great customer service and this one exceeded my expectations by far.

Amazing Hotel! Superb staff, close to everything you would want in a downtown. Walking distance to shops, entertainment, food, family activities. Excellent room accommodations and outstanding service.job well done, keep it up!!!!!

Reasonably close to various city spots. Staffs are friendly and willing to help.

Some might find the neighborhood not very nice at night. People living in the streets gather around the 7-11 (24hrs night shops) nearby and while normally they asked for handouts and changes politely, some could behave badly being drunk or high. It also could be a little noisy around weekends because of loud music from neighboring clubs.

The only thing i liked about the hotel was the location.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff made us feel as if we were unwanted, none of the staff members helped us with the laugage nor did they once greet us with a smile. I don't think i would book again with ramada.

Great location. 15 min walk to the port. 20 min walk to stanley park. very friendly staff. Excellent location for pubs & restaurants. Price good for location.

Room v small,barely enough room for 2 cases & 2 people. Nightclub is open from 10pm - 3am fri & sat only..very noisy in room (we were in room 308). Room very dark,cannot open window. There are better hotels in the area.

Booked two double rooms and got two single rooms. With an sorry and a couple of drink vatchers and free parking. Hardly compinsation, since all other hotels were booked out.

The location is in the Yaletown district. Which is an older nightlife area. Very eclectic area with lots to see and do.

The room was humerously small.

The front counter staff were amazing - so nice to see the care factor is there Thankyou we enljoyed our stay immensely.

no perfectly happy - oops no kettle to make our own cuppa tea. Didnt know how to use the coffee pot and beside we dont drink it.

Great hotel and location. Good access to amentities and attractions. The Ramada Inn & Suites was great value for my money. The newly renovated lobby is beautiful. Staff were fantastic and eager to provide suggestions and directions for what to do in Vancouver.

the bthroom was pretty big, the room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly

the room was pretty small. they ddint have a microwave oven for public use and it wasnt exactly cheap. although the hotel is located in downtown and located conveniently, the area wasnt very good. it was rather rowdy and you could hear everything from the hotel room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room cleaner was gracious and friendly.

The carpets are old and outdated. Noisy when kids run around. Parking is a problem. When you pay $15 a day you should not have to park outside and rely on a valet to collect your vehicle because the parking spaces are so limited.
